A multi-faceted model for reviving unloved abandoned properties harnessing their potential and mirroring the journey of human evolution. The byproduct of which revives how we live. Nurture, Hatch, Thrive. This is NOT a linear journey, but an integrated approach involving three key spokes.

• The Real Estate Spoke: We’re establishing our own brokerage firm that will specialise in guiding property owners and community leaders throughout the state. We aim to explore their community's needs holistically and integrate these insights into our approach.
• Incubating Entrepreneurs Spoke: This involves not only property management and leasing but also fostering entrepreneurs through an integrated life and business coaching model. We want to create vibrant community hubs that align with local expressions and entrepreneurial spirits, ultimately changing the pace of life.
• Marketing-Networking Spoke: This component will focus on a top-of-funnel system to fill available spaces, allowing our property management team to nurture the community without being burdened by marketing and tenant acquisition.
